Troubleshooting: Parent Pages

Below is some assistance, should you have any technical difficulties accessing or activating your Parent Pages account:

1) Unable to set up an account.

The most common cause of this problem is using the wrong student reference number to access/set up the account. This should be the number on the back of the student card (or admissions number on Studio).

2) Had a student at Barton Peveril in the past

If you have a student in their Second Year, and another starting their First Year, you will need to add them to your account by clicking “Create account/ add student” on the login page and follow the instructions. However, if your previous student was at College more than a year ago, you will need to create a new account.

3) Password not working

Are you sure you have previously set up an account? If not, set up a new account, then answer the security questions. You will also need to have clicked on the link in the validation email. Until this has been done, your password won’t be recognised.

If you have an account but have forgotten your password, you can request it to be reset from the screen informing you the password was incorrect.
