Central Reprographics
The online reprographics service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for electronic submissions. The college print room in the Mountbatten building is open weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm for hardcopy submissions and order collection.
Self-service printing
The college has over 20 Ricoh Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) which provide either greyscale and colour printing on A4 and A3 paper. We call these the PrinterPool machines. See the Printing and Reprographics knowledgebase for instructions on how to print.
Print from anywhere and at anytime
You can send your file to print from wherever you are working whether it’s on a Chromebook, Windows PC, Mac or mobile device. Release your print from any of the PrinterPool machines located around the site. Send your file to the print queue even when you are offsite using Mobility Print.
Copy and scan
As well as print, the PrinterPool machines can photocopy and scan. Users have a choice of scanning to their college Google Drive account or to their college email address. Take a look at the Printing and Reprographics knowledgebase to find out more.
Instant print credit
Staff can quickly top up their balance on the Print Credit page while students can top up their print credit using their College Shop account. See the Paying for your Printing and Copying knowledgebase article for more information.
