We’ve introduced a new Reprographics ordering system powered by PaperCut. Behind the slick new interface, you’ll find more relevant products and a refined ordering process which you’re in control of.
What’s changed
New products and options. The available products have been updated and expanded to better cater for the evolving needs of the college.
Order charging has been simplified. The inconvenient “Reprographics Balance” for each department’s cost centre has been removed and the order amount now deducted from a user’s print credit. All of your printing costs are now viewable in your PaperCut transaction history.
More interactivity. Add notes and comments both before and after an order has been placed. Chat with me about an order within the job ticket rather than over email.
No need to specify a “required by” date. All orders are now processed as soon as possible with turnaround times dependent on the size of each order.
