Access your Files from a Web Browser

In addition to your unlimited Google Drive storage, each student is given 5GB of storage on the college network which you can easily access from any Windows PC at the college. But what if you need to access one of these files from home?

Filr allows staff and student to access their files and folders from a desktop, web browser or mobile device. There are mobile apps for iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets. Files can be accessed from a web browser in college or at home and shared with other staff or students.  Additionally, there is also a Windows and Mac client which allows files and folders to be synchronised with a home desktop or laptop.

Access: Access your files on home and public, including from a Web browser, from your desktop, or from a mobile device.

Share: Share files with staff and students and grant them specific rights to the files. For example, you could share a file with a student and give them Read-Only access, then share the same file and give a member of staff Edit access.

Collaborate: Make comments on a file. All users with access can see your comments and make comments of their own.
